Our little one, Child Tester, wasn't too happy with the thickness of the yogurt we made for her initially. She found it to be too similar to sour cream, which was a bit of an issue. After thinning it down, she commented that it tasted more like coconut than yogurt, comparing it to Sonic's Ocean Water. Despite her pickiness, Texans seem to really enjoy Sonic, particularly the cherry limeade. However, after adding some color to the yogurt, she gave it a thumbs up.

Our vegan culture is crafted using 100% organic coconut and active cultures. This meticulous fermentation process ensures that our yogurt is not only incredibly delicious but also rich in beneficial bacteria that are essential for overall wellness.

Each packet contains approximately 1/2 teaspoon of our premium vegan culture, which is enough to kickstart the yogurt-making process twice. Our vegan culture is a type of mesophilic ferment that thrives at room temperature.
